It’s 8:48PM Monday (31/10/2016) here and I’m sitting on this blue plastic chair with my legs crossed underneath it, staring into my computer screen and punching my keyboard to share something very important with you. I trust that this note meets you well.
You would have realized that I focus mainly on sharing personal finance principles and how you can apply them rather than just methods in my articles. The reason is because once you understand a principle and how to apply it, you can easily apply it in different situations with minimal guidance to get the results you want.
Today, I want to share something crucial with you.
Not something new but something so simple that you’ve probably neglected it – and suffered the consequences of your neglect.
Get away from every distraction, pay attention – it’s all you have to pay right now but if you miss this crucial detail, you’ll pay the pain of regret later.
So what’s this so important thing I need to share with you?
Yes. That’s it.
You see at some point on this journey to the wealthy place, you’ll need to ask for help from others.
You might get a yes, a no or even get embarrassed which is likely what you fear the most – rejection – (I’ll talk to you about this another day – I’ve got to) but I need you to ask. Put your ego aside and ASK!
Look here, while you’re working these principles that I share and learning the ropes by putting them into practice, you’ll likely stumble along here and there, make a mistake or two (it’s nothing strange) and then you’ll suddenly realize that it takes time (not necessarily a long time or forever though) to gain financial mastery.
So when you’re in a desperate place and you don’t know what to do just ask.
Ask God for help.
Ask someone for a job, assistance, advice, money, food or whatever it is that you desperately need at the time.
It doesn’t make you a beggar neither does it mean you lack faith. It just means what it is; you needed help and you asked for it.
I believe so much in the beauty of your divine destiny; don’t give up on your dream of financial abundance for anything.
Remember your financial future is in your hands, take it seriously.
